“Years ago while studying a collection of Eskimo hunting artifacts at a local museum in Anchorage; I was fascinated by a very old aboriginal bow that looked very much like a short Asian recurve. It also had an unusual material on the arrow shelf. It was the skin of a hair seal. Could those aboriginal hunters have known something?
I found out why when I secured a small piece of sealskin and glued it on the arrow shelf of my old Brackenbury. That was 1990 and I ran a little ad for my arrow rest and within a few months, I sold my arrow rest to some of the most demanding and discriminating bowhunters in America.
Over the years, one of the most important things that I’ve learned is to listen to my customers' needs. This has led to the development of the best, high-quality archery products, regardless of price. In my eyes, it doesn’t matter if the product cost $2 or $200. It should be the highest quality product available in that category.
In addition, my life philosophy helps fuel my passion as a small business owner. I truly believe in giving superior customer service that leads to overall customer satisfaction.
Most days I personally answer the phone. If you have any problems or questions about any of our products, I will do whatever it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. The buck stops with me, my name is on the door and I don’t take that lightly.
Good hunting, practice fair chase and above all, try to be the person that your dog thinks you are.
