However, because of the high performance of the newer reflex/deflex bows; more and more traditional bowhunters are moving towards lighter draw weights.
Many felt that the cordovan tipped SuperGlove was a little too stiff for a smooth release with the lighter bows.
The Skookum Glove, field tested for two years, uses MegaTuff, an industrial grade synthetic material on the finger tips. MegaTuff is incredibly smooth, has the durability of cordovan leather but allow the bowhunter to “feel the string”.
Recommended for bows from 40 to 50 pounds.
