Returns:
Every item carried by Alaska Bowhunting Supply comes with a *100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 working days after receiving the item for your Return Authorization Number. Please call 888-697-9828 for this RA #. Any package returned without the RA # will be refused and sent back. Once you receive the RA #, simply return the item in the same unused condition as received for a full refund or exchange...no questions asked. We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you get.
*Our return policy does not apply to the following items:
•Custom arrows
•Shafts or arrows that are cut to length or have inserts glued in place.
•Garage Sale items
Exchanges:
Call us at 888-697-9828 and let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange and receive an RA #. We'll ship them out immediately and your credit card will be charged at that time. The shipping is on us for exchanges! Once we receive your returned item(s) we will credit your card.

Attention Foreign Customers:
All orders sent outside of the USA will be shipped via Fed Ex because the US and foreign mail systems have proved to be unreliable and they don't allow for tracking. Any addition freight charges above the shipping charges calculated when you place your order will be billed to your credit card. You will be emailed the Fed Ex charges along with an email tracking number for your order.
We understand that paying import taxes and duties can be frustrating but please, do us a favor. Don't ask us to submit false documentation with your order. We plan to be in business for the long haul and we have to play by the rules. When we ship an order overseas we're required to submit actual copies of your invoice or we could face stiff penalties. We enjoy doing business with our friends overseas and we'd hate to lose that privilege.
